Who am I?
Hey, Y’all! My name is Branimir Gore! I am currently the Head Chapter Representative for Basis Shavano and a statewide Expansion Agent, as well as the former Chapter Director of Debate. Throughout the last 4 years, JSA has changed who I am and whom I aspire to become, both on a career and personal level. So much of my time has been dedicated to JSA that it now feels natural. JSA is a wonderful organization and I love the memories I have experienced.
Why am I running?
As an Expansion agent, I’ve worked with a wide variety of chapters, and have experienced just how important each chapter’s representation is. However, I was appalled to find out just how little of the political process is actually available to a chapter. Most chapters are unable to propose legislation on their own and therefore are exiled from the entire political process. As a senator, I will continue pushing for more reforms in the political system, and help people become more politically involved in JSA. I will also expand the reach of the ACR, as well as the representation of small chapters.
